Painting
Based in Nottingham, UK, my research focuses on virtual expeditions to Lower Silesia, a region of central Europe straddling the Sudeten Mountains across the borders of Poland, Germany and the Czech Republic, investigating migration, displacement, personal and collective memory – through relationships between new technologies and painting. Or is it the other way round?
The focus on Heanor is part of my researching field-trip techniques in prepararion for expeditions to Actual Silesia

I have to say that the artreview server is so slow I can rarely do or say exactly what I want. I really enjoyed getting back in touch after bout 5 months offline! Yikes. Will continue pairing things down - I think I have something to offer the minimal statement. If this server runs this fast everyday it will motivate me to work like last year - upload stuff in batches of 10.
You take care - and am definitely enjoying watching your collection of fluid pieces grow. Best, Luke..

GF has set photo and video upload to 'moderated' NOT
because content editing but because this free service has a space limit. Most photos will be OK ( for now we limiting to 30 until we know how much space is being used up) but if people submit 100MB (the limit) videos three at a time we will soon have passed that limit.
Please respect other users and try wherever possible to upload to Google or Youtube servers (unlimited) and link to the videos there.
ALSO N.B.
GF is also not a advertising space for other networks or to link to paypal or other such online marketing systems.
Goldfactory does not allow members to add sell direct links to this space. We are a not for profit collective. It also may compromise our use of 'free' network as detailed by NING conditions.
If external advertising links are not removed at once the member will be removed from network
